Delete your account

You are always in control of your Dinarlepay account.

In-app deletion

  1. Sign in to Dinarlepay.
  2. Open Settings → Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.
  4. Your account is marked for deletion immediately. Personal data is removed within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for up to 6 years to meet financial record-keeping law.

If you cannot sign in

Use the contact form or the report a problem page, choose category "Account deletion", and include the email registered to the account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is removed

  • Profile, connected social handles, notification preferences.
  • Draft collab links and unfinished onboarding data.
  • Support messages you have sent.

What is retained

  • Completed transactions, payouts, and dispute outcomes — retained where required by financial law.
  • Anonymised logs used to protect the platform from abuse.
