1. Who we are
Dinarlepay is a payment platform for creators. When you use the service, Dinarlepay is the data controller for your account, verification, and payout data.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password hash, chosen creator handle.
- Verification data: connected social handles you choose to link (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat).
- Payout details: bank account details you provide for Direct Debit or bank transfer.
- Transaction data: collab links, escrow balances, deliverable submissions, payout history.
- Support data: messages you send us via contact or report forms.
3. Why we use it
To operate escrow, verify deliverables, process payouts, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
Contract performance (running your account and payouts), legitimate interests (fraud prevention and platform security), legal obligation (financial record keeping), and consent (marketing emails and optional analytics).
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with processors that help us run the service: hosting, database, email delivery, and Direct Debit processing. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to six years afterwards where required by financial record-keeping law. See our Data Retention page for details.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. Delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or read the Account Deletion page.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised staff. We are not a bank; funds held in escrow are safeguarded through our regulated payment partners.
